About Best Crochet Life Photo Tutorials

Since 2021, I’ve been including this invisible join photo tutorial in the crochet patterns I sell on Etsy and Ravelry. The feedback is consistently positive. You don’t need to Google if you don’t know a technique or specialty stitch when you’re making one of my designs. You can just get straight to hooking!

Great patterns, easy to follow, with clear explanatory photos. I’ve never done half of these stitches before but the instructions are very clear. I’m making a lovely blanket from them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What is an Invisible Join?

The invisible join method in crochet is a technique used to seamlessly end a round without leaving a noticeable gap or bump, instead of joining with a conventional slip stitch.

Why Use Invisible Joins?

Especially when combined with standing stitches, this method makes your crochet next level! Invisible joining results in a more polished and professional appearance, especially in projects where there are many colour changes and / or a continuous and even finish is much preferred; for example, when we are making our colourful granny squares! So what are you waiting for? Next time you finish a round, have a go🙂
